When it comes to the selection of the vibration motor, it is necessary to understand the principle and application of the vibration motor. The working principle of the vibration motor is to install a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft, and use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block to obtain Exciting force. It can provide vibration source for various types of vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, vibrating finishing treatment machine, vibrating table and silo arch breaking, anti-blocking and other equipment or devices. Clearly understand the principle and application of the vibration motor, let's briefly introduce how to select the vibration motor.
One: clear application scenarios
First of all, it is necessary to clarify the application scene or equipment of the vibration motor, and roughly determine the number of vibration motors used. For example, we generally use a 4-pole vibration motor for vibration feeding, and we generally use a 2-pole vibration motor for silo breaking.
Two: Calculate the total mass of equipment and materials
Secondly, look at the weight of your equipment and materials, equipment shape, size and other parameters, to comprehensively consider the vibration motor with how much vibration force to use. The choice of vibration force is quite complicated if calculated according to the formula, and there is no certain mechanical and electrical foundation. It is difficult to understand, we simply choose the vibration force that is 1.5 times the total mass of the equipment material. For example, if the total mass of your equipment material is 200KG, then you can choose a model with a vibration force of 300KG.
Of course, the actual process of vibration motor selection is much more complicated than this. We probably have a simple understanding of the basic steps and relevant parameters of the selection. The vibrating range of the concrete vibrator is 300MM, so the spacing of vibrating in the concrete cannot be greater than 500MM.
1) When the concrete is poured in layers, the thickness of each layer should not exceed 1.25 times that of the vibrating rod; when vibrating the upper layer, it should be inserted into the lower layer for about 5cm to eliminate the joint between the two layers. When the upper layer of concrete is placed, it should be carried out before the initial setting of the lower layer of concrete vibrator hose concrete.
1—Poured concrete;
2—Concrete that has been vibrated but not yet initially set in the lower layer;
R—effective radius of action of the vibrator;
L—the length of the vibrator
2) The insertion points of the vibrator should be arranged evenly, and can be moved in a "determinant" order, and should not be mixed to avoid confusion and leakage of vibration. The distance of each moving position should not be greater than 1.5 times the action radius R of the vibrating rod. Generally, the radius of action of the vibrator is 30 to 40 cm. Arrangement of insertion points, R - the radius of action of the vibrating rod
When the vibrator is used, the distance between the vibrator and the formwork should not be greater than 0.5 times of the action radius of the vibrator, and it should not vibrate close to the formwork.
The vibrating time of each insertion point is preferably 20 to 30 seconds. Generally, the concrete surface is level and there is a uniform grout and no bubbles are formed. It does not sink significantly, indicating that it has been vibrated, and the vibrating can be stopped.
