4) The gears in the gearbox should be well lubricated and cooled due to high-speed and heavy loads; the oil level in the gearbox should be kept at the specified level, and the temperature rise during operation should not exceed 70°C.
5) All bearings of the vibrating table should be checked frequently and regularly dismantled and washed to replace the lubricating grease, so that the bearings are well lubricated, and attention should be paid to check the temperature rise of the bearings. When there is overheating, try to eliminate it immediately.
6) The grounding of the motor should be good and reliable, and the power line and line connector should be well insulated. There must be no damage or leakage.
7) The surface of the vibrating rod should always be kept clean and flat so that it can be in good contact with the steel mold. Because the countertop vibrates under high frequency and heavy load, it is prone to cracks, so it must be inspected carefully and repaired in time. After each shift, it should be cleaned in time.
