Vibration motor is the main vibration source of various vibrating screening equipment. It is a general-purpose vibration motor. A set of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks is used to obtain the exciting force. The excitation force can be adjusted steplessly by simple operation. In actual production and use, according to the needs of customers, there can be different installation methods to produce different material movement trajectories to achieve different screening purposes.
The service life of the vibration motor
1, insulation-a key factor affecting life and reliability
As the vibration motor has been more and more widely used, its life span and reliability have also attracted more and more attention. Under normal use conditions, the life span is generally defined as 10-15 years. The traditional concept believes that the main factor that affects the life of the motor is the aging of the insulation, so the determination of the insulation structure and the selection of the insulation material have become one of the first tasks in the design and manufacture of the motor.
The choice of insulation system mainly depends on the voltage grade and temperature resistance requirements, and which insulation material is used in the same grade should be selected after comprehensive consideration of its temperature resistance requirements, mechanical properties, electrical properties and use process performance.
2. Reasonable design-guarantee of reliability
Vibration motor design is the most important part of product quality. If the design is unreasonable or even incorrect, then no effort will be made to make a motor with good applicability and customer satisfaction. We often hear that this vibration motor is congenital deficiencies, that is, it is caused by poor design.
The main task of motor design is to select reasonable heating and magnetic circuit parameters according to the customer’s product design input requirements, appearance and installation requirements, motor use occasions, load size, working environment conditions, working system length, etc., through circuit and magnetic circuit calculations, Determine the key dimensions of the main components of the vibration motor, and calculate the mechanical strength through these main conditions. The working drawings and assembly drawings of the main components must be designed with good manufacturability and economic rationality of manufacturing costs.
