Before using concrete, it must first be mixed, what are the specifications and models of concrete vibrating rods?
1. What are the specifications and models of concrete vibrating rods?
Commonly used specifications are 50mm and 30mm, of which 50 vibrating rod models are 35, 50, 70, 85, 100 and so on. In normal use, the amplitude of vibration is 8-9 times the radius of the vibrating rod, which is about 300 millimeters.
2. Precautions when using concrete vibrating rod
1. Make sure the plug connection is standardized before use. If the vibrator does not respond when you turn on the power, hit the vibrator on the ground and wait until you hear a sound or petrol engine concrete vibrator vibration before using it. ..
2. The correct way to use it while driving is to insert the vibrating rod 90 degrees into the concrete and mix for a while. You can shake it up and down while driving.
3. If there is a layered situation, shaking the vibrating rod will eliminate the seams between the layers and create a sense of unity.
4. Close the vibrator, use it for 30 minutes, and then leave it for a while. Otherwise, the heat can easily damage the device.
5. It is best to use a vibrating rod with a bending radius of more than 500mm to prevent damage to the tube during use.
6. After the cumulative operating time of the vibrating rod reaches 50-100 hours, the internal parts need to be disassembled and cleaned. During disassembly, loosen the tip and hose, and after cleaning the roller cone, bearings, oil seals, etc., replace them.
7. If any damaged parts are found during the disassembly process, they should be replaced in time. Only the bearings of the parts need oil and the other parts must not be dirty with oil.
Since the vibration range of the concrete vibrator is 300 mm, the distance between the vibrations of the concrete cannot exceed 500 mm.
1) When injecting concrete in layers, the thickness of each concrete layer must not exceed 1.25 times the thickness of the vibrating rod. During vibration, insert the upper layer about 5 cm into the lower layer to eliminate the junction between the two layers. Before initializing the lower concrete, the upper concrete must be laid (see figure below).
1 — Cast concrete;
2 — Vibrated concrete, but not yet laid in the lower layers at first.
Effective range of R-vibrator;
L: Vibrator length
2) Vibrator insertion points should be evenly distributed, move in a "decisive" order and should not be mixed to avoid confusion and vibration loss. The distance between each movable position must not exceed 1.5 times the radius of action R of the vibrating rod. Generally, the range of action of the vibrator is 30-40 cm.
Placement of insertion point, radius of action of R-vibration rod
When using a vibrator, the distance between the vibrator and the formwork must not exceed 0.5 times the range of the vibrator and must not vibrate near the formwork.
The vibration time at each insertion point is preferably 20 to 30 seconds. Normally, the concrete surface is horizontal, has a uniform grout, and no bubbles are formed. A stop that does not sink significantly, indicates that it is vibrating, and can vibrate.
